• •Your text prompts and uploaded images are used solely to generate your presentations
• •We do NOT publicly share, sell, or use your content for training AI models
• •Content storage period: Free users (7 days), Credits Pack (30 days), Plus/Pro subscribers (permanent until account deletion)
• •You may request deletion of your content at any time through account settings or by contacting support
• •When you delete your account, all associated content is permanently removed within 30 days

• •We use OpenAI API for text generation (outline creation) - content is processed per OpenAI's data usage policy and is not retained after processing
• •We use fal.ai for image generation - images are temporarily cached and automatically deleted within 24 hours per fal.ai's policy
• •We use Google Gemini API for document understanding - content is processed per Google's API terms
• •Payment processing is handled by Creem, who maintains their own privacy practices

• •We use industry-standard TLS encryption to protect your data in transit
• •Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256 encryption
• •Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only
• •We regularly review and update our security practices

The AI models we use have built-in content moderation and will automatically refuse to generate content that is illegal, harmful, sexually explicit (NSFW), or violates intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that attempt to bypass these protections.
