These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DrawPPT AI presentation generator service ("Service"), operated from Hangzhou, China. By using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Acceptance of Terms
- By accessing or using DrawPPT AI, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy
- If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our Service
- You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use this Service
Service Description
- DrawPPT AI provides AI-powered presentation generation and design services
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time
- We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance
- Service availability is not guaranteed. We aim for 99% uptime but maintenance may occur
Payment and Subscriptions
- Some features require a paid subscription or credits purchase
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
- Prices may change with 30 days notice; changes apply at your next billing cycle
- All payments are processed securely through Creem. We do not store payment card details
Prohibited Uses
- Creating content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or violates others' rights
- Generating sexually explicit (NSFW), violent, or hateful content
- Attempting to circumvent any security features, usage limits, or content moderation
- Using automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission
- Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing the Service without authorization
Content Moderation & NSFW Policy
- Our AI models automatically refuse to generate illegal, harmful, or NSFW content
- Attempts to bypass content moderation may result in immediate account termination
- We reserve the right to review and remove content that violates these Terms
- Repeated violations will result in permanent account ban without refund
Intellectual Property
- You retain ownership of your original content (prompts, uploaded images)
- AI-generated presentations are licensed to you for personal and commercial use
- You may not claim AI-generated images infringe on others' intellectual property
- DrawPPT AI branding and trademarks remain our property
Limitation of Liability
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the past 12 months
- We are not responsible for third-party AI model outputs or their accuracy
Termination
- We may terminate your access for violation of these Terms without prior notice
- You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings
- Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately
- Content deletion follows our Privacy Policy data retention schedule

Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility
- Subscriptions: Full refund within 14 days of purchase if less than 20% of credits have been used
- Credits Pack: Refund within 7 days if credits are completely unused
- Auto-renewal: Refund within 48 hours of renewal if no new credits have been used
Non-Refundable Cases
- Subscriptions where more than 20% of monthly credits have been used
- Credits packs where any credits have been used
- Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
- Purchases made more than 14 days ago
How to Request a Refund
- Submit a request through our Contact form with subject "Refund Request"
- Include your account email and order details
- We will review and respond within 3 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method
